Battery charger

    采用國際先進(jìn)的開關(guān)電源技術(shù)及智能充電技術(shù)，集手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)工作模式選擇功能，可根據(jù)電池容量進(jìn)行充電電流選擇，具有多重保護(hù)功能，延長電池的使用壽命，可做到免人工值守的全自動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)，完全適用于無人值守的充電場合。 蓄電池充電機(jī)分為：全自動(dòng)充電機(jī)、UPS電池充電機(jī)、可調(diào)式穩(wěn)壓穩(wěn)流充電機(jī)三類。

Adopted international advanced switch power supply technology that integrated the function of manual operating and automatism choice mode and intelligent charge technology that can chose charge current according to battery capacity, battery charger is of multiple protection functions, and can extend battery life, achieve the full automatism state unattended operation. We manufacture three types of battery chargers: full automatic charger, UPS battery charger and adjustable constant voltage/current charger.

主要特點(diǎn)

l         開關(guān)電源控制芯片采用進(jìn)口軍用級(jí)IC，充電機(jī)的原理設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化合理，生產(chǎn)工藝嚴(yán)格完善，保證機(jī)器安全運(yùn)行。

l         完善的充電特性：采用恒流技術(shù)，充電初期電流恒定，使每節(jié)電池都能較快地充分地充滿電，充電效率高，電池溫升小；在充電電壓達(dá)到上限電壓時(shí)自動(dòng)切換到恒壓限流充電，有效的提高了蓄電池的容量轉(zhuǎn)換效率；涓流浮充使各單體電池均衡受電，保證電池容量得以最大限度恢復(fù)，有效解決單體電壓不均衡現(xiàn)象，避免了市電電壓的變化和蓄電池充電的末期造成的蓄電池過壓充電的危險(xiǎn)，大大延長了蓄電池的使用壽命。

l         有過熱自動(dòng)關(guān)機(jī)保護(hù)功能，確保用戶放心安全使用。

l         適用范圍廣，充電電流可在10%~100%范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)。

Main features

l         We adopt imported military IC for power switch control chip. The optimized design and strict production technology ensures the reliability and stability of the battery charger.

l         We adopt Japanese IGBT component for power switch tube. It enhances charger's reliability.

l         Charge voltage and charge current can be displayed by digital table.

l         Time function: manual time charge model can be selected.( parts selected)

l         Perfect charge characteristic: Adopted constant current technology, it makes the current constant at the beginning of charging, each battery charging fully and quickly. It is of high efficiency, low temperature rise and increasing the capacity conversion efficiency of battery effectively because it can automatically shift to constant-voltage and limited-current charge when charge voltage up to upper-limit voltage. Trickle and floating charge can make each single cell battery receiving electricity constant, ensure batteries capacity resuming maximum, settle the disproportion  phenomenon of single cell battery, avoid the overvoltage charge danger of the power voltage change and the end of battery charge and extend the operational life of battery.

l         Overheat shutdown automatic function ensure users’ operation safe.

l         Application range wide: charge current can adjust continuous in 10%~100% ranges.

l         Its low ripple factor and interaction is low to other equipments.

全自動(dòng)充電機(jī)

l         充電電流可在10%~100%范圍內(nèi)連續(xù)調(diào)整，且不受輸入交流電壓變化的影響，在恒流充電期間電流維持不變，無需人為再調(diào)整。

l         嚴(yán)格按照蓄電池充電特性曲線進(jìn)行自動(dòng)充電，設(shè)計(jì)的充電模式是“恒流→（均充穩(wěn)壓值）定壓減流→（自動(dòng)判別轉(zhuǎn)為）涓流浮充”三階段式。

l         具有充電速度快，充電還原效率高，完全做到全自動(dòng)工作狀態(tài)，無需人工值守，超長時(shí)間充電無過充電危險(xiǎn)，確保蓄電池使用壽命等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Fully automatic charger

l         Charge current can be adjust continuous in 10%~100% of rating , further more can’t be influenced by the change of input current and voltage, keep stable in constant charge process and no need manual adjustment again. 

l         Charging automatically strictly according to the charge feature of battery charge, its designable charge model is three phases of constant current →fixed voltage & reducing current → floating charge.

l       It has the features of high charging speed and charging reverting rate, no personnel intervention and without over-charging risk in long time charging. It ensures batteries’ operation life.

UPS電池充電機(jī)

l         專門用于UPS后備電池充電，智能三階段充電，實(shí)現(xiàn)均充/浮充自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換功能，可帶載充電。

l         充電電壓在額定值~125%規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)可調(diào)。

l         充電電流可從10%~100%連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)定。

Ups battery charger

l         It is used specially in UPS backup battery charge. It can achieve intelligent three-phase charge and automatic conversion functions of balanced charge/floating charge and load charge.

l         Charge voltage can be adjusted in rating to 125% of rating. 

l         Charge current can be adjust and set continuous in 10%~100%.
