摘要：節(jié)能減排是當(dāng)下中國(guó)的基本國(guó)策，本文以動(dòng)力環(huán)境集中監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱：集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)或監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)）為主線，重點(diǎn)分析其在通信局站節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)達(dá)成中的關(guān)鍵作用，同時(shí)闡明了為實(shí)現(xiàn)這些功能，規(guī)劃好、建設(shè)好監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的重要性和注意事項(xiàng)。其實(shí)，監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在節(jié)能減排中的作用只是其整體功能的“冰山一角”。通過(guò)本文的分析，力求使讀者能深入了解監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在節(jié)能減排中的管理、調(diào)度、決策及評(píng)估等功能，獲得意外的收獲。 敘詞：節(jié)能 節(jié)能減排 節(jié)能降耗 運(yùn)行維護(hù) 動(dòng)力環(huán)境集中監(jiān)控 Abstract：Energy saving and emission reduction is a fundamental national policy. With the power environment centralized control system (hereafter, centralized control system or control system) as a main clue, the article analyzes the key position of communications bureau station in realizing the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, and in the meantime, clarifies the importance and notes to make a plan of and to construct control system in order to achieve the function. As a matter of fact, control system is only one tip of the iceberg, that is, only part of the whole function for energy saving and emission reduction. Readers may understand deeply the management, dispatching, decision-making and assessment functions of control system in energy saving and emission reduction, so that they may learn something unexpectedly by the authors analysis.
