基于DSP井下無工頻變壓器照明電源系統(tǒng)的檢測

摘要:本文針對目前煤礦井下工頻變壓器照明電源系統(tǒng)保護(hù)距離短、穩(wěn)定性差、對電網(wǎng)污染和不能自動調(diào)節(jié)的問題,在使用電力電子變壓器的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了以DSP為核心的數(shù)字化礦井127V照明電源的檢測電路。詳細(xì)介紹了檢測電路的軟硬件設(shè)計,以及檢測電路的實驗結(jié)果。該系統(tǒng)體積小,造價低,調(diào)試結(jié)果表明可實現(xiàn)全電路保護(hù)和自動保護(hù),滿足國家安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對現(xiàn)如今煤礦井下電源的要求。

Abstract:The nonindustrial frequency transformer lighitng power supply system that most coal mines currently use has the problems of short protection distance, bad reliability, pollution to the grid and the disability of autonomous adjustment. The article thus designed test circuit for digital 127V lighting power supply applicable to mines, based on power electronic transformer, with DSP as its core to solve the problems. The author explains in detail the design of hard ware and software of the test circuit, and also its experimental results. The new system has a small size and low cost and debugging results show that it can realize protection of the whole circuit and also self-protection, which can meet the requirements of the national security standards for current coal mines power supply.
