儲(chǔ)能用長(zhǎng)壽命LL-S閥控式鉛酸蓄電池的開(kāi)發(fā)

摘要：新開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，適合于有效利用自然能源和夜間電力的長(zhǎng)壽命電力儲(chǔ)備用閥控式鉛酸蓄電池。（1）正極板采用耐腐蝕的板柵合金，減小了板柵的腐蝕變形，另外，選用高密度的活物質(zhì)鉛膏；（2）為提高負(fù)極充電性能，采用石墨添加劑；（3）新開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，電池組在使用時(shí)可通過(guò)金屬柜結(jié)構(gòu)有效地控制電池溫度上升及電池間的溫差，使循環(huán)壽命達(dá)4500次（25oC、70%放電量），充放電效率87%，電池性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)同類產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品在相關(guān)的電力儲(chǔ)備系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過(guò)2年零6個(gè)月的實(shí)車(chē)運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)被確認(rèn)為運(yùn)行良好，實(shí)用毫無(wú)問(wèn)題。
敘詞：儲(chǔ)能 閥控式鉛蓄電池 長(zhǎng)壽命 Abstract：We developed new designed VRLA(Valve-Regulated LeadAcid)batteries LL-S series with long cycle life for power storage system to meet the significant utilization of natural energy and nighttime electric power .The cycle life of this new designed batteries is much improved by the adoption of the specifications as follows.(1)Positive plates with grid of high corrosion resistance alloy ,designed to reduce deformation and high density active material,(2)Negative plates using new carbon for increasing charge performance,(3)New metal frame structure for decreasing of temperature rise and dispersion of cell temperature as used a set of battery .It has excellent characteristic on cycle life performance of 4,500 cycles and charge-discharge efficiency of 87% .In demonstration test by runnimg for over 2 and half years, it is confirmed that there are no problems in use of the system .
