摘要:本文闡述了聚光型太陽能發(fā)電系統(tǒng)高效率化和低成本化的可能性,以及由聚光型多結(jié)太陽能電池/ 模塊技術(shù)開發(fā)所取得的成果。基于Ⅲ - Ⅴ族化合半導體技術(shù)的InGaP/InGaAs/Ge 3 結(jié)聚光電池,最高的光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率已達到40.7%,如利用4 結(jié)、5 結(jié)等多結(jié)化聚光電池,還可望實現(xiàn)50% 的超高效率化。

Abstract:The concentrating solar cell photovoltaic generation system capable of high efficiency and low cost, and the efforts result frommulti-junction concentrating solar cell/module development are introduced in this paper. The three-junction concentrating solar cell InGaP/InGaAs/Ge based on -V family chemical compound semiconductor technology, its maximum efficiency of photo-electro conversionbecame 40.7%. If four-junction/five-junction etc multi-junction. Concentrating solar cell is adapted, 50% super high efficiency can berealized.
