基于反激變換器的一種新型單級(jí)功率因數(shù)校正電路的研究

摘要:在單級(jí)功率因數(shù)校正變換器中,不能控制儲(chǔ)能電容電壓,而且電壓變化很大降低了電路的性能。本文提出了一種基于反激變換器的新型單相功率因數(shù)校正電路,電路只用一個(gè)有源開關(guān)就可以獲得輸出電壓的快速調(diào)節(jié),儲(chǔ)能電容電壓被箝位、效率高。本文分析了電路的工作原理,討論了變壓器原邊電感對(duì)占空比及輸入電流諧波的影響,并且把該方法可以應(yīng)用在其它拓?fù)渲械贸鲂碌墓β室驍?shù)校正電路。

Abstract:In single stage power factor correction converters, the voltage on the storage capacitor is not controlled, its wide voltage range has detrimental effect on the circuit performance. A novel single-stage power factor correction circuit based on flyback converter is presented in this paper,.A single active switch is used to achieve a fast-regulated-output voltage, the reservoir capacitor voltage is clamped and efficiency is high. The operating principle of circuit is analyzed; the influence of primary inductance on duty ratio and input current harmonic is discussed; this scheme is applied to other topologies to get new PFC circuits.
