關(guān)于戶外直流開關(guān)電源中采用熱交換方式的介紹

摘要：隨著通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)盲區(qū)的覆蓋，減少投資成本，涌現(xiàn)出大量的戶外基站和戶外型的通訊設(shè)備、供電設(shè)備，這些遠程通訊設(shè)備處于惡劣的外部環(huán)境下，它們遭受太陽的熱輻射和設(shè)備本身發(fā)熱的影響，消除這兩種熱源的影響對電子設(shè)備的可靠工作至關(guān)重要，本文著重介紹了戶外電源的惡劣環(huán)境，對設(shè)備的影響，機箱設(shè)計、散熱計算、主動散熱、被動散熱等技術(shù)，熱交換器的原理，戶外電源的結(jié)構(gòu)，采用熱交換器方式的優(yōu)勢等內(nèi)容。 敘詞：戶外電源，散熱，IPXX，熱交換器、溫控 Abstract：Along with the construction and development of telecommunication networks, more and more outdoor base station systems, outdoor communication and power supply equipments were applied for the coverage of networks vacancy and saving investment. Because these remote communication equipment work in serious outdoor environment, the radiant heat of sunshine and the heat of equipment operation will badly affect the reliability of electronic equipment. It is very significant for the outdoor equipment to avoid these two heat sources. The article introduces the serious operating environment of outdoor power supply system and the effect of environment.
