湖南輝宇科技有限公司成立于2004年，是一家專業(yè)從事鋰離子電池負(fù)極材料研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。 輝宇擁有獨(dú)創(chuàng)的自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和制造、管理體系。目前具有年產(chǎn)300噸負(fù)極材料的生產(chǎn)能力。
　　輝宇公司擁有國際一流的研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，復(fù)旦大學(xué)吳宇平教授長期擔(dān)任公司的技術(shù)顧問。吳教授帶領(lǐng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室為公司的研發(fā)中心， 擁有強(qiáng)大的博士后、博士團(tuán)隊(duì)，他（她）們既有深厚的理論功底，又有豐富的國內(nèi)外公司和科研單位工作的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
　　輝宇科技位于湖南省婁底經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，交通便利，是湘黔鐵路和洛(陽)湛(江)鐵路的重要中轉(zhuǎn)樞紐，上(海)瑞(麗)高速和太(原)澳(門)高速的必經(jīng)之道，離省會(huì)長沙的黃花國際機(jī)場約1個(gè)半小時(shí)的車程。
　　輝宇負(fù)極材料的生產(chǎn)工藝獨(dú)特，成功解決了天然石墨的不穩(wěn)定性問題，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格率為100%，性能優(yōu)良。產(chǎn)品的克比容量、循環(huán)、穩(wěn)定等方面的性能得到日本第46屆電池大會(huì)(2005年11月16日-19日在名古屋)與會(huì)代表等的一致肯定和稱贊。目前正在籌建新的生產(chǎn)線，2006年有望達(dá)到年產(chǎn)600噸的規(guī)模。
　　Huiyu ST Ltd. Co. was built up in 2004. It is a high-tech company to carry out R&D and production of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. The main products are anode materials of high performance for lithium ion batteries. It has its own intellectual rights, manufacture and management system. At present, the production scale is 300 T/year.
　　Our company has an excellent team for research and development on anode materials, and Prof. Dr. Yuping Wu from Fudan University, one of the three most famous universities in China, is one of key long-run advisors.
　　Our company is situated at Loudi City, Hunan Province, China. This city provides convenient transportation. It is the key interconnection of railways of Xiang-Qian and Lou-Zhan and the necessary pass for express-ways of Shanghai-Ruili and Taiyuan-Macau. It takes only one and half hours from Huanghua International Airport, Changsha, which is the center of Hunan Province to here.
　　The technology of our company to manufacture anode materials is unique, and the qualification yield is 100%. The performance of the anode materials is excellent. New production lines are underway to enlarge the yield, and the scale will be 600 T/y in 2006.
