五相三電平逆變器最小開(kāi)關(guān)損耗SVPWM研究

摘要:本文針對(duì)五相永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī),構(gòu)建了三電平逆變器供電的調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。在對(duì)五相三電平逆變器的電壓空間矢量進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)合理選擇冗余矢量,提出了五相三電平逆變器最小開(kāi)關(guān)損耗SVPWM(MSLSVPWM)控制方法。該控制方法開(kāi)關(guān)損耗最小,并可有效降低開(kāi)關(guān)器件的最大開(kāi)關(guān)電流,并通過(guò)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)該控制算法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。

Abstract:The paper, focusing on five-phase permanent magnet synchronous electromotor, constructs speed-adjustment system for power supply of three-level inverter. Based on detailed analysis on the voltage space vector of five-phase three-level inverter and by reasonably selecting surplus vector, the author advances control strategy of minimal swtich wastage SVPWMMSLSVPWM for five-phase three-level inverter. The control strategy can minimize the wastage of switch and in the meantime can lower max switch current of switch components. The author tests the control arithmetic by simulated experiments.
