摘要：本文主要論述臺(tái)達(dá)變頻器、PLC、HMI產(chǎn)品在多功能旋壓機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用原理， 在該系統(tǒng)中，變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)主軸電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)；PLC以RS-485通訊方式調(diào)節(jié)主軸（變頻器）的轉(zhuǎn)速，PLC模擬量擴(kuò)展模塊用于控制液壓缸的壓力和流量，編碼器獲取左側(cè)液壓缸以及右側(cè)液壓缸的當(dāng)前位置信號(hào)，HMI監(jiān)控旋壓機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)以及警報(bào)信息，展示了臺(tái)達(dá)自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品的系統(tǒng)集成優(yōu)勢。 敘詞：VFD-B變頻器/DVP80EH2主機(jī)/DVP04PT溫度模塊/DVP04DA模塊/DVP06XA模塊 Abstract：This article mainly explains the application theory of Deltas inverterPLCHMI products in Multi-function Spinning Machine. Thus, the whole network displays the system integration advantages of Deltas industrial automation products.
