基于平均電流算法的VIENNA整流技術(shù)的研究

摘要:為了提高三相PFC的穩(wěn)定性和高效性,降低系統(tǒng)成本,設(shè)計(jì)了基于平均電流控制算法的三相VIENNA整流器,該整流器利用平均電流控制算法和VIENNA整流結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合,采用數(shù)字控制方式。為了保證系統(tǒng)在輸出正負(fù)母線正負(fù)電壓平衡,系統(tǒng)引入母線電壓均衡控制。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,基于該設(shè)計(jì)方法的6,2kW三相PFC整流器,可靠穩(wěn)定,功率因數(shù)可達(dá)到99%,效率可達(dá)到96%。
