基于UC3852的圖騰柱Boost PFC電路的研究

摘要:進(jìn)一步提高轉(zhuǎn)換效率是功率因數(shù)校正電路的一個(gè)重要發(fā)展方向。圖騰柱 Boost功率因數(shù)校正電路由于省略了整流橋,理論上可獲得更高的效率。本文分析了其工作原理,提出了一種運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)臨界電流Boost PFC控制芯片UC3852實(shí)現(xiàn)該拓?fù)涞暮?jiǎn)單方法。通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,證明該方案的可行性。并依據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,指出該拓?fù)涞闹饕毕荩雇鋺?yīng)用前景。

Abstract:For Power-Factor-Correction(PFC) circuit, it’s a more important aspect to get higher efficiency. Totem-Pole Boost with no rectifier bridge can get better performance in theory. In this paper, after theoretical analysis for Totem-Pole Boost PFC circuit, a simple way to realize this circuit with traditional Boost PFC control IC UC3852 with critical continue current is proposed. Simulative and experimental results verified its feasibility. Based on experimental results,point out the disadvantage of the topology and indicate its potential.
