高頻輸出不對(duì)稱半橋逆變器

摘要:本文采用了一種實(shí)現(xiàn)軟開(kāi)關(guān)的高頻輸出不對(duì)稱半橋逆變器。不對(duì)稱半橋逆變器產(chǎn)生高頻的準(zhǔn)半方波,通過(guò)諧振濾波器輸出THD小的高頻交流正弦波。本文闡述了不對(duì)稱半橋逆變器的工作原理,討論了軟開(kāi)關(guān)的實(shí)現(xiàn)條件,給出了諧振濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)方法。通過(guò)仿真驗(yàn)證了不對(duì)稱半橋逆變器的工作原理和軟開(kāi)關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)的可行性。

Abstract: This paper proposes a high-frequency output asymmetrical half-bridge inverter with soft-switching. Asymmetrical half-bridge inverter generates high-frequency quasi-half-square waveform. The series-parallel resonant filter converts the quasi-half-square waveform into a high-frequency sinusoidal waveform with little THD. The operational principle of the inverter is analyzed and the ZVS achievement condition is discussed. The design method for the resonant filter is provided. Simulation results verify the feasibility of the asymmetrical half-bridge inverter prototype and the ZVS achievement.
